Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount and will be promptly sent to the recipient via USPS. Please be sure to fill out the shipping information with the recipient's name and address, if you want it shipped to you, provide the same address but place the recipient's name under the address so we know whom to make the gift certificate to. Be sure to set the dollar amount desired by changing the quantity on the checkout screen.

Order Terms

  • Retail items (excluding gift cards) are for pick up ONLY at Fossil Creek Nursery located at 7029 S College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80525.
  • Gift Cards can be shipped or picked up in-store.
  • Cannot guarantee a same-day pick-up. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pick up via email.
  • By ordering online, you are entrusting Fossil Creek Nursery to choose the best of your selected product available.
  • This is not a live photo of our product. Size, shape, color, and quality may vary.
  • If we are unable to fulfill any items on your order, we will attempt to contact you by email and phone to find out if you would like a substitution or to have that portion of your order refunded.
  • Due to the high demand for reservation space, orders must be picked up within 7 days of the set delivery date.
  • If you are unable to pick up your order within 7 calendar days of being notified it is ready, your order will be refunded. Please call the store if extenuating circumstances do not allow for you to pick up your order within the allotted time frame and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • All balled and burlap trees can only be loaded into an open-bed pickup truck (no toppers) or open-bed trailer.
  • Local delivery is offered throughout the Front Range, but can only be arranged in-store or over the phone at this time.
  • At this time, we are unable to ship any products other than gift certificates.
  • Your signature is required upon pick up for verification and our records.
