Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
- We will accept returns of healthy plant material, that has never been planted in the ground within 10 days of pickup dates. Balled & Burlap trees, annuals, houseplants and vegetables cannot be returned once they have been picked up.
- All orders will be pulled from Fossil Creek Nursery’s current stock on hand. Our staff will select, at their discretion, the best looking plants available at the time of order. No exchanges of plants will be allowed after time of pick up.
- Refunds will only be offered by Fossil Creek Nursery in the event that we are unable to fulfill an order or it is not picked up within the allotted 7 calendar day time frame.
