Our Order Process
- Cannot guarantee a same-day pick-up. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pick up via email.
- By ordering online, you are entrusting Fossil Creek Nursery to choose the best product available for you.
- This is not a live photo of our product. Size, shape, color, and quality may vary.
- If we are unable to fulfill any items on your order, we will attempt to contact you by email and phone to find out if you would like a substitution or to have that portion of your order refunded.
- Due to the high demand for reservation space, orders must be picked up within 7 days of the set delivery date.
- If you are unable to pick up your order within 7 calendar days of being notified it is ready, your order will be refunded. Please call the store if extenuating circumstances do not allow for you to pick up your order within the allotted time frame and we will do our best to accommodate.
- All balled and burlap trees can only be loaded into an open-bed pickup truck (no toppers) or open-bed trailer.
- Local delivery is offered throughout the Front Range, but can only be arranged in-store or over the phone at this time.
- At this time, we are unable to ship any products other than gift certificates
- All items are for pick up at our location in Fort Collins, CO.
- Your signature is required upon pick up for verification and our records.
