The Best Holiday Plant Crafts
November 13th, 2020
Are you feeling extra crafty this holiday season? We’ve scoured the internet for a few unique (and fun!) planty crafts that you can make. Pick up your pots and plants from Fossil Creek Nursery, then head home to bust out the glue gun and paint. If you do create any crafts, be sure to tag us online @fossilcreeknursery. We’d love to see how they turn out!
Since they are no longer filled with lovely blooming annuals, add some holiday decorations to your hanging baskets for a little festive flair. Use tree boughs, pinecones, ornaments, or lights to create your own unique holiday decoration.
Turn a few simple terra cotta pots into an adorable snowman planter! Use an inverted pot for the base and a pot that is upside right for the top. Paint the pots white and add features such as eyes, buttons, and a nose with black paint. Tie a scarf around the middle and pop a plant in the top pot. Just like that, you’ll have yourself a cute winter decoration.
