Judging Begins at 2:00 PM

Hot specials and a hot contest make this one of our most fun days of the season. Enter our homemade salsa contest in one of our three areas: hot, traditional, and specialized. Judging will begin at 2:00 PM so come and be a part of the fun. Save big money with fall planting specials.

Applefest 2010

All Day

This Fossil Creek Nursery tradition is back with hay rides, haystack scramble, pumpkin bowling, face painting and more! 10 tickets for $1 for games and hayrides; all proceeds will go to the Fort Collins Cat Rescue. We bring in samples of many of the varieties of apples that grow well in Colorado for you to taste. Vote for your favorite and maybe even buy some apples. Thousands have enjoyed this wholesome fun through the years. Join us for the fun. Super specials on plants, winterizers, fertilizers and many other items.

Christmas Open House

All Day

Bring your family to select a Christmas tree and maybe even one of our world famous wreaths. Enjoy good fellowship, Christmas cheer and refreshments as you soak in the old time atmosphere. Do you really want to buy your tree in a discount store parking lot? Make the season real with us.

Kids Workshop

Bring the kids in to make a Christmas present for the birds. We will have everything you need for your child to make an ornament to hang outside in a tree for the birds to snack on.
